Just another day of listening to my body.
For some reason, I felt more tired and collapsed today than usual, and I cannot even imagine how would I deal with it if I didn’t I know nothing about myself, my body, or how to manage my nervous system.
But I do know luckily.
I feel my whole system is down last few days so each time I would go a different scenario into activating my creativity and energy - critical for my work.
Today I went into giving myself the support in the forms of communication with my partner and my cat. After that, I noticed that I felt better and more in connection with my body. At one point, I felt a surge of energy that I immediately knew I had to use before it disappeared. Usually, it's very fast and intuitive, and I have to do what I am being asked for, so I just hopped into the car and started driving, but not where I originally thought I would be going.
So, I did a detour, and on the way, stopped at some other places, some of the parks that I wanted to visit before.
At this time, I even saw a rainbow, which for some reason is always a sign for me that in the end, things will be all right.
In the midst of all this, a lot of things are happening behind the scenes that we don't understand. Maybe some traumas are finding their way out of our system, maybe weather changes that actually affect us.
So now, it's more important than ever to learn about yourself, learn your ways of activating your body, and resetting yourself. Otherwise, you can be stuck in weekly depressions, or some mild sicknesses that you think are normal - but they are not. And you can actually avoid if you know how to operate your own machine, which is your body.
It's interesting how our body knows what is best for it, and that if we actually find the courage to learn about it, then it's easier to deal with yourself rather than fighting your body and doing everything that is actually against your own system. But because you're conditioned to think your rational mind knows best , but it's actually you harming yourself if you don't learn to listen to your intuition, to your body.
So as usual, it's a big recommendation and encouragement to start this journey and learn more about yourself because it's not something that is just beneficial, but something that is crucial for your thriving, which is also your health - crucial for surviving.
