Healing power of Art, Purpose, and Creative Self-Expression
Beauty. I live for it. Creating beauty through beautiful visuals, expressing beautiful feelings through words, and helping beautiful souls to self-express their inner beauty—is my purpose. It is also my method.
I grew up in rural places by the Ural Mountains. The streets and the city haven’t been renovated since they were built in the 80s, probably. No renovations to the roads, buildings, and pretty much nothing new at that time. Very outdated old buildings, no design of any kind - graphic designer profession was probably not yet invented (joke). And I wanted more.
I don’t know how it works—some people just play with what they see, but I was disappointed. I wanted art, beauty, bright colors, small sophisticated details. I wanted things to be a masterpiece, just like in the ancient Europe. My soul wanted that.
But all I saw were building entry halls where people drink beer and pee, where people don’t see and don’t chase beauty. That’s why I dreamt of living in Europe, just to be closer to a mother of all ancient art, sculptures and design. During my years of studying in the theatre-acting school, I learned a lot about ancient Europe, art, architecture—that’s how I knew I would be living in Europe. But life had its own truth, and clearly, no disappointment here, but last decade I ended up living in the United States.
I didn’t know strategies, and I most certainly didn’t have a plan of immigration - it was all just dreams. I didn’t chase things to happen the way they did in my life, but I find it to be an achievement now, because not everyone is immigrating alone across the ocean at the age of 20, without money, support, connections, language . What helped me then and what helped me now to constantly take the biggest quantum leaps of self-development, is following the heart's calling, and connecting to my purpose.
I suspect it can be confusing to people how I am uniting the world of art, photography, with psychology and purpose work. Here is how—Beauty is my method. Authentic self-expression is my method. And listening to the voice of the heart-callings is another method, apparently. I believe that everything that comes though the heart is the ultimate key to unlocking your mind, where you can connect to your higher self-potential and your most thriving, authntic self.
That’s why I am Sabina Arts. I am an artist, a creative, but not just that. My world is all about self-expressing myself into the world—photography, writing, and any other way of art I do—this is my purpose. And as a purpose mentor, I connect you to your own soul, your soul purpose, your creative self-expression, the voice of your heart—this is another way of creating art to me. The art of awakening LIGHT within other people. To uplift them, help them believe again, to guide them back to themselves and their most authentic versions of themself.
I could never choose between being just an artist or just a mentor. For me, both are my self-expression into the world.
For example—photography. You can be art, and you can be an artist. When I work with you to express your inner world into reality and help you self-express your inner world—you become art. But when we work together in mentorship—you become an artist yourself. And you get to choose how to self-express yourself into the world, which pretty much aligns with your purpose work and your mission.
One doesn’t exclude the other. But they are different paths. And no matter what you choose—we all contribute to a better world. Because beauty and art are the solution. Art heals trauma, forms resilience, awakens people into a different realm of humanity where we all are CREATORS.
Creators are, by default, healers and peacemakers. They see the beauty within the world and others and help other people see it and feel it as well. Art awakens beauty within people’s souls and minds!
And I am happy to be one and to contribute to creating a better, most healed and beautiful version of this world!
